Eligibility

Eligibility for Caboolture Family Network

Eligibility for service is based upon:

· Families and/or carers who have a member with a disability living within the family home;

· The person with the disability is aged between 0 to 65 years;

· The person with the disability has a permanent disability;

· The person with the disability living at home with their family and/or carer whose long-term support would be at risk without access to respite and family support services;

· Families and/or carers whose capacity for continued caring may be at risk without access to respite and family support;

· Caboolture Family Network's priority is to support families and/or carers from Caboolture and Kilcoy Shires.
