Caboolture Participation Network

Caboolture Family Network was established in 2003 by Homelife Association Inc. to respond to the needs of family in the Caboolture area. Caboolture Family Network continues to be part of the Homelife Association and is located in its own premises at 17 Morayfield Rd. Caboolture. It receives funding from Disability Services Queensland and through other family support agencies.

The Mission of Caboolture Family Network is:

To support people with disabilities, their families and carers in an encouraging and respectful way so that everyone can participate in a valued and rewarding life.

Caboolture employs a number of Lifestyle Support Workers and Family Support workers who are supported by Key Workers and the Coordinator of the service. Support is provided in the family home, in the community, at holiday desitinations and within The Retreat.

The Retreat is located on 2 acres at 17 D. Newman Rd. At any one time up to three children or adults can stay at The Retreat as a holiday, providing their carers with a respite break.

Caboolture Family Network's whole approach is to be responsive and flexible.
