Homelife Assoc. Inc. is a community organization located at Caboolture Queensland. Through its initiatives, Homelife assist children and adults with a disability to live quality lifestyles of their choosing within the Caboolture community.

 

About Homelife Lifestyle Service

Homelife Lifestyle Service was established in 1992 and was the organisations only initiate for the first 7 years of its operation. It was established to assist people with a disability to secure and maintain an individual lifestyle within the community. It currently supports 30 adults who live either in their own home, with their family or in shared living arrangements within the Caboolture Shire.

Homelife Lifestyle Service has the following eligibility guidelines:

· Adults with a disability · Aged between 16 and 65 years of age · Needing lifestyle support · Living in the Caboolture Shire and surrounding areas

 

The office of Homelife Lifestyle Service is located at 2 Oakland Dve. Caboolture, although the work of the service is conducted all over the Caboolture Shire.
