Eligibility for Better Together

All people with a disability who meet the following criteria:  

• Eligibility for assistance under the Disability Services Act (Qld) 2006
• Aged between 18 – 65 years old
• Residing in the Caboolture area
  

will be eligible to receive information about the activities of the Network, and to take advantage of links, and opportunities made possible by Better Together.

As well as meeting the above criteria people accessing funded support hours will need to meet the following criteria:

• Not currently receiving day service
• Would benefit from being involved in community activities
• Have support needs that could be met by Better Together

• Have submitted a Registration of Needs to Disability Services Queensland
