The world lost a powerful disability advocate last weekend. We also lost a committed husband, father, grandfather, mentor and all round good guy when Matt Mccracken left to go home.
Homelife Association Inc has shared Matt’s commitment to build community and are proud to have received his support when he was part of our management committee and we were honoured to work beside Matt as he created the disability inclusion day ‘Is Everybody Here Day’ in Caboolture.
Everybody in the Moreton Bay region will feel your passing Matt, you were a man for all people.
